Drink Responsibly

This poster was exhibited at an exclusive exhibition under the subject “Drink Responsibly”. The strange combination of the colors and patterns in the posters result that spectators feel dizzy and visually impaired, just as when drinking an excessive amount of alcohol. This should raise sufficient awareness and realization about the negative aspects of alcohol intoxication. The posters interpret the concept nicely, and that from different perspectives. The implicit message to everyone is to drink in moderation. The explicit message is a delirious, inebriated feeling.

  • CHALLENGE
  • Average advertisements and slogans aim to convince consumers to drink in moderation. Most people, however, find those ads, designed to attract public attention, perfunctory. We designed a kind of 'extreme' advertisement; that intends to challenges one's mind, and strikes you at first impression. The strange color and pattern combination evoke the spectator to feel dizzy and visually impaired, just as when drinking alcohol in excessive. With this, one experiences the very delirious feeling of drunkenness (and hopefully will get the message across).
