  • How might we do more with less whilst maintaining the highest quality standard? As a boutique studio with limited resources and only so many hours in the day, they decided to take on the challenge of excelling amongst the best to reposition their brand and reconnect with the creative industry. The three key areas anyone working on this project needed to have in mind at all times were: 1. Award-winning project, 2. Showcase our offering and work in the best possible way, 3. Generate leads

  • The Director of Uncommon faced a creative block and decided to seek assistance from his network to find the right group of individuals to work with. He realised that he needed to broaden his search beyond Australia. Gathering a team of individuals from three different continents, each with their own unique strengths and a clear project brief, the team worked together to complete the project from research to delivery in less than five months, which was an exceptional achievement. It’s worth noting that the team members had at least four weeks of holidays between them during this period.

  • After asking their close network to test the site and receiving feedback from them, the site was launched in two stages (MVP and Final). When writing this, it won two SODT (Site of the Day) awards in FWA and Awwwards, as well as ”Special Kudos” at CSSDA. It has gained recognition across various design outlooks and has opened the door to new conversations with creatives and prospects. This collaboration with other creatives has also broadened their networks and generated new leads for them.

  • Due to the high number of animations, micro-interactions, and media loading (including page transition), this site was built with a headless CMS to improve speed and performance.
