Riser Collective, developed by Exo Digital, connects social media influencers with under 5,000 followers to global brands, enabling cost-effective and expansive reach. This software empowers smaller influencers and provides brands with efficient advertising solutions. It also provides brands with considerable social media data to refine future campaigns.

  • After Riser Collective’s initial product launch failure with two other agencies, Exo Digital addressed significant design challenges through research and design thinking. The team salvaged some code through design and technical audits but required a complete redesign of the influencer interface and brand portal. Previous work did not capture the Riser brand essence. Customer research, focusing on female end users, informed the new designs. A workflow was developed that clips social media content from Meta. The dashboards provide brands with clear data on the success of each campaign.

  • Riser Collective knew that they had a working model for the influencer business. What they didn’t have, was a robust, scalable and beautiful interface to deliver on their business objectives. Exo Digital helped to nurture Riser and their team through the audit and design process. There was reluctance due to past failures however the Riser team was committed to developing the influencer and brand portal. Exo Digital’s process was simple and guided the team through the research outcomes explaining why certain design decisions were made. The collaboration has seen success in developing a functional and beautiful solution.

  • The Design Impact has been immense in supporting women to grow their influencer businesses and engage with brands that would have been out of their reach. By grouping influencers’ follower numbers for brands, Riser has enabled a unique business model providing influencers and brands with a platform for growth. Brands also have access to a diverse range of influencers who can be categorised to deliver targeted social media campaigns. The platform also allows smaller businesses to compete in the highly competitive social media landscape giving them the same opportunities as their larger counterparts.

  • The Riser solution offers a powerful backend that manages data and allows the Riser team to show ROI to their clients. The solution also enables influencers to understand their reach and work on refining how they approach their audiences.
