Utilizing REDLINK PLUS Intelligence, the tool monitors the temperature of the tip and prevents overheating or damaging wires. Heat indicator notifies users when ready to use and safe to store. When turned on, the status LED blinks green to indicate Soldering Iron is heating up. When tool reaches soldering temperature, indicator turns solid green. The tip will continue to increase in temperature until reaches max temp 750°F. When the Iron is turned off, the LED remain red until the tool reaches a temperature where it can be stored.
