It eliminates awkward and dangerous lifts and reduces the incidence or back and other injuries caused by heavy lifting.

  • The Makinex Powered Hand Truck turns a 3 man job into a 1 man job. Allowing one person to lift up to 140kg safely with no risk of back or neck injuries. This is due to the design featuring the powered lift via a 18V linear actuator. It is easy to operate - the lifting arm reach is controlled by the user lifting or lowering the handles and arm height is controlled via a simple thumb switch

  • The Makinex Powered Hand Truck is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, weighing just 40kg built using a lightweight aluminium frame. After use it can be folded down flat for easy transport and storage. It provides a quick and easy alternative to using a forklift or tailgate loader for small loads.

  • The Makinex Powered Hand Truck comes standard with a Hook attachment for lifting, moving and loading small equipment and machinery fitted with a lifting eye e.g. water pumps, generators, air compressors, plate compactors etc It also has available attachments - Sling - Fork attachment for lifting, moving and loading small pallets - Strap Frame - Gas Bottle Lifter - Glass lifting application, ideal for replacing bus windscreens

  • This feature has been added in 2016, the PHT 140 now uses a Makita removable clip on clip off power tool style battery. This means the user can work continuously without having to leave the machine to charge.
