As a progressive company in a fast-paced industry, the workspace solution had to be designed for continual evolution and flexibility to accommodate current and future needs. The brief was to create a theatrical, playful and entertaining design without sacrificing functionality, flexibility and efficiency. The immersive solution had to drive motivation and productivity; the integrated intuitive technology and diverse work-settings and zones would empower the diverse team to ideate and develop new promote continual ingenuity. The solution had to adhere to the Client’s global design guidelines, whilst representing it’s Australia location and sensitivity to the cultural origins and diversity of country.

Embodying the objective to ‘Inspire creativity and joy’, the workspace is aligned to global design guidelines whilst incorporating localised elements to be sensitive to cultural origins and country. The immersive environment drives innovation and ideation through tailored work-settings, integrated technology and production facilities. Strategy visioning guided the development for understanding of workflows, collaborative needs and occupancy with a purpose to create an ecosystem of people, technology, and space. A connected solution was achieved by punching through the floorplate to expand the staircase void to create a central hub further fosters employee social connection in a space to bring everyone together.

The workspace empowers employees with facilities and tools for innovation, blending sustainability with technological advancements to set a design benchmark that is both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible. It demonstrates how beautifully crafted workspaces can create supportive ecosystems, enriching modern design with innovation and environmental stewardship. Targeting LEED Gold, the design prioritizes environmental care through strategic waste management, low-emission materials, and recycling. Optimizing natural light and energy efficiency supports well-being and meets ESG objectives, embodying contemporary design values.
