  • Feeding infants can be physically demanding, time-consuming, and feeding around the clock often leads to parental burnout in modern life. The challenge was to design a product that supports self-feeding, encourages baby coordination and independence, and provides relief for caregivers – while still allowing for active, attentive feeding when needed. A calming, emotive aesthetic was needed to resonate with infants and families. Functionally, it had to accommodate a variety of bottle sizes, be intuitive to use, and easy to clean. A major hurdle was designing the product alongside tooling to mould the complex hollow form efficiently and to high quality.

  • The Bottle Helper gently supports a feeding bottle within a soft, flexible cradle – sized to suit a range of standard bottles. Its open pillar structure offers little hands easy grip from any angle. The tactile, rubber-like surface invites babies to explore, doubling as a calming sensory toy that nurtures curiosity and coordination. The flowing form and gentle textures reflect early parenting while feeling at home within modern family spaces. Through multiple iterations, the team refined every detail to balance safety, comfort, bottle performance, and a beautiful, emotionally resonant aesthetic.

  • Baby Bot Bot helps families reclaim time and energy during the exhausting early stages of parenting, while gently supporting the transition to self-feeding. It promotes hands-to-mouth and midline hand movement – key developmental milestones – and offers a safer alternative to bottle propping, a dangerous practice strongly discouraged by health authorities. Offering up to two hours of daily relief for caregivers, it was brought to life by Harriette – a young mum who felt the need firsthand. Made in Australia using recyclable TPU, low-waste tooling and recycled packaging, its warm reception highlights its impact as both a practical aid and developmental support.

  • The Helper's structure is shaped by infant interaction, the realities of toolmaking, and real-world parent needs. Its external handles enhance flexibility, reduce material usage, and offer omni-directional grip, allowing infants to intuitively grasp the product from any angle as they develop strength and coordination. Each end has a different collar size, designed to accommodate most standard feeding bottles. Combined with the soft, flexible rubberised TPU, this ensures a snug fit across a wide range of bottles whilst also cushioning dropped bottles. The tactile surface texture adds to the elegant, minimal aesthetic, improves grip and sensory feedback, and encourages touch and exploration. A soft baby blue colour reflects the calm, neutral and minimal tone of the design. The product is injection moulded in Australia using soft-touch, food-grade, recyclable TPU that is dishwasher-safe and highly durable. Its durability means it can be used by all children in the family and handed down over time. Tooling for the complex hollow form was optimised through close integration of Dienamics' in-house design and manufacturing teams, enabling efficient, low-waste injection moulding using a hot-tip setup – without compromising the product’s shape, style or function. Minimal packaging uses recycled materials.
