  • We have investigated how to communicate the different settings in an intuitive way reinforcing confidence in the user to choose the right setting. A proposition was created which in its choice of shape, color, materials and finishes fits the kitchen environment without losing the caring aspect of our Philips Avent food preparation identity. The form is compact and stylish, the transparent chamber makes the cooking process visible.

  • We have ensured intuitive assembly of the jug and accessories whilst having an easy to understand and use user interface. The unique technology lets the steam circulate upwards from the bottom, ensuring all ingredients are evenly cooked without boiling. From very finely blended fruit and vegetables to combining meat, fish and pulse ingredients and finally offering chunkier textures. It supports every step in developing eating habits. Saves precious time and enables to plan ahead. The jar has a 1000-ml capacity, so up to 4 meals at 1 time can be cooked. Serve 1 meal and store 3 in the fridge or freezer. The jar and blade are dishwasher safe, and the water tank is easy to clean and refill.

  • Complying with all applicable standards and regulations, user is protected from harm and the design safeguards against unintentional use. The parts that come into direct contact with food and/or water are made of BPA-free materials.

Marketing Objectives: As an essential category that supports nutrition delivery through infancy and childhood, the food preparation category drives loyalty with superior propositions, increases our share of basket and enables us to retain mums for longer in the franchise.
