Presented by the Authentic Design Alliance (ADA), we debut our new ADA-led education series, delivered in partnership with IP Australia.

Over two empowering sessions, designers, brand managers, distributors, and manufacturers will learn how to navigate the Australian design rights system and understand the trade mark and design registration process. This will equip attendees to manage their filings confidently.

The final segment introduces how and when to seek legal advice, followed by a valuable networking gathering where attendees can connect with panellists and peers.

This event has been created for Melbourne Design Week (MDW), an 11 day city-wide program of talks, tours, exhibitions, launches, installations, and workshops.

Established in 2017, MDW is an initiative of the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria and delivered by the NGV.
