Melbourne’s first permanent outdoor table-tennis table is the latest addition to a suite of outdoor furniture designed by the City of Melbourne. The philosophy behind in-house design is to ensure all the details within the municipality have a similar style and resemblance.

  • CHALLENGE

  • The table's sleek frame consists of a continuous rolled steel tube, inspired by a humble paper clip, with a table top made from 25mm thick steel. The table and frame are galvanised and powder coated for a strong durable finish. The table tennis lines have been tapped and sprayed.
