Deliver a design that showcases a shared, 360° out loud listening experience and supports portable use cases inside and outside of the home.

The omnidirectional audio experience is reflected in the revolved form of the product that eliminates any obvious front or back, and is reinforced with details like the seamless aluminum housing with 360° of uninterrupted perforation. Subtle tapering sides convey stability while reducing visual mass and a rounded bottom implies mobility. Soft silicone interaction points reward touch and provide protection to the product. Careful attention was paid to the diameter of the SoundLink Revolve to ensure a comfortable one handed grip. The design invites the user to make the sound the center of activity as opposed to watching from the sidelines.

SOCIAL – its form factor and acoustic architecture allow every listener in the room to get the same experience . Allowing the speaker to be placed in the center of the activity creates a more immersive sound stage. COMMERCIAL – allowed Bose to dramatically increase market share in the overly saturated portable BT Speaker space

It delivers true 360 degree sound so it can be placed in the center of the room or against a wall to radiate and reflect sound. The water-resistant design means you don’t need to worry about leaving it by the kitchen sink or bringing it to the pool, and the soft top and bottom cap mean you don’t need to worry about knocking to over either. No detail was too small, so we created a new process to craft a seamless aluminum grille. Uncompromising sound for a 12-hour charge, Bose packed the Revolve with all the performance and durability we could fit into a portable speaker leaving you to experience your music wherever you go.
