Many existing solutions are either intrusive or difficult to integrate into daily routines. Our challenge was to create a discreet, accessible tool that could seamlessly fit into users’ lives while providing effective emotional support. We also focused on ensuring sustainability and usability by incorporating eco-friendly materials, a modular design, and energy-efficient features. The project aimed to empower users to manage anxiety proactively without adding additional stress or inconvenience to their daily lives.
