  • Key goals when developing the Mach One were reducing car dependancy for short commutes, and to get people moving more. Many current electric skateboards suffer from outdated technology, posing safety and efficiency concerns. These conventional designs – akin to toys – lack the innovation and reliability needed for urban commuting, requiring skilled use to navigate potential hazards. The Mach One disrupts this norm, introducing cutting-edge engineering tailored for powered skateboarding. By addressing stability, comfort, reliability, and safety, the Mach One sets a new standard, offering a modern and dependable solution for urban commuters seeking a safe and enjoyable riding experience.

  • The Mach One is a new system designed from the ground up for powered skateboarding. A number of new innovations make this board easier to ride than a pushbike while also exceeding the requirements of the most demanding ekate racers. Starting with a blank slate, four years were spent on a journey of experimentation, research, testing and problem solving. Crafting each element from scratch and overcoming countless hurdles – from material challenges to programming complexities – resulted in a pioneering carbon fibre monocoque chassis, advanced suspension, a hollow deck and re-imagined trucks form the core of the Mach One system.

  • The Mach One has not only captured the existing e-skate market but has also garnered widespread support, with thousands championing our innovative success. Early owners and test riders unanimously agree that our creation truly is groundbreaking. This new standard of electric skateboard facilitates broader adoption of urban commuting alternatives, encouraging global citizens to prioritise outdoor activities over congested traffic.   • Modular PCB Battery. P-groups are individually fused with no internal wires for maximum safety. F1 derived Structural Carbon Fibre Monocoque Enclosure. Houses the battery and other electrical components. Torque Vectoring System. Turning sensors independently control each motor to provide power assisted steering and increased traction. Swing Arm Suspension System. The first of its kind simple and reliable suspension system on a skateboard. Hollow Kevlar Composite Deck. Light weight but comfortable with a urethane edge, swappable for different riding styles. Foam Cored Rubber Wheels. An airless, grippy design that is lighter and more reliable than pneumatic tyres. Advanced Trucks. Split bushing system reduces unwanted hangar movement and optimised steering angles making for slow tight turns together with high speed stability. Motors. Our own developed brushless motors which are now the top selling and highest rated motors on the market with unmatched power density, efficiency and durability. Drive. The first use of polyurethane drive belts which significantly out-perform conventional rubber belts. Remote Control. Development is under way of our own wireless remote control that eliminates common connection errors found in many remotes currently on the market. Phone App. Early stage development for full telemetry and ride settings.
