  • Faced with fragmented digital touchpoints, inconsistent UI, minimal brand guidelines and evolving business goals, Kismet sought to unify its customer journey under shifting priorities driven by capital-raising milestones and stakeholder updates. Uncommon Studio’s challenge was to define a scalable, WCAG-informed interface (high-contrast palettes, screen-reader support), craft a comprehensive design system and implement seamless, accessible experiences across all platforms within a 12-month roadmap, while maintaining alignment through monthly workshops and weekly Design Showcases.

  • Uncommon Studio began with Design workshops to define foundations: colour, typography and imagery (alongside Kismet’s in-house team). Next, they built an ever-evolving Figma design system of primitive tokens, global and platform-specific components, ergonomic UX patterns and custom interactions. Every element was modular and AI-ready, supporting future features like predictive recommendations and conversational interfaces. Across weekly design showcases, the team delivered prototypes and guided implementation, ensuring the seamless integration of web and native behaviours and consistent touchpoints across CRM, Marketplace, and mobile apps.

  • Thanks to the cohesive design system, crafted UI and unified UX, Kismet reported accelerated delivery of new features, consistent brand experiences and smoother development workflows. Post-launch metrics showed organic search volume increased by 150% and enquiries grew by 40% in the first month, supporting parallel growth campaigns. The integrated platform has since continued to drive user confidence, direct leads and long-term scalability across healthcare and disability services.

  • – Comprehensive design system: A modular, ever-evolving Figma library of foundations, primitive tokens and live components that is fully functional, scalable and dev-ready. – Accessibility-first: High-contrast palettes, semantic markup and screen-reader support ensure WCAG-compliant experiences for all users. – AI-ready architecture: Token-based components and open API hooks are primed for future predictive recommendations, conversational interfaces and machine-learning enhancements. – Platform-specific modules: Global UI patterns alongside tailored CRM, Marketplace and native iOS and Android components deliver consistent cross-product journeys. – Native behaviours: Leveraging platform gestures—swipe-to-delete, date pickers, tactile scroll feedback—and earcons to reduce friction and delight users. – Future-proof flexibility: Built to adapt as stakeholder priorities and capital-raising milestones shift, enabling rapid iteration and seamless scalability. – Collaborative delivery: A rhythm of monthly brand workshops and weekly Design Showcases kept Kismet’s leadership and in-house teams aligned at every stage.
