The HP Z27k G3 4k USB-C Display 27″ is a thin yet strong, vanish-from-the-user display. Designed in the United States of America, the 4-sided borderless display vanishes during use, allowing the user to give full attention to the experience floating in front of them.

  • Making a display that is both responsibly manufactured, and minimizes its appearance on the desk were challenges HP Design sought to address. Moving the swivel and tilt mechanisms to the top of the display stand, and using thin blades for the stand help create an impression of lightness, and focus attention on the user's work.

  • The slim 6.5mm thin, borderless 4-sided display proves style can be sustainable. 100% sustainable packaging reduces the overall size of the box by 50% from previous models, which equates to 50% reduction in carbon footprint due to better pallet loading. Using 75% recycled aluminum in the stands creates a thinner, more elegant stand and reduces our reliance on plastic, which is usually the main component in a monitor stand. As one of the world's largest display manufacturers, HP is constantly finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint while creating products that will last for years to come.

  • The stand is a thin blade, made of extruded, painted aluminum. The blade shape makes it appear nearly invisible from the front. At the top of the stand, hidden behind the display, is the 4-way ergonomic adjustment, height and tilt, and swivel. The swivel feature has been redesigned, so that it's at the top of the stand, rather than at the foot. This provides a smoother experience when adjusting the display. A 4-way diamond shaped D-pad located on the back of the display operates The on-screen menus. The center is dished inward to make it easy to locate by feel.

  • The heart of the Z27k G3 is its 27-inch in-plane switching (IPS) screen. It features a native resolution of UHD (3,840 by 2,160 pixels), which makes for a very high pixel density: 163 pixels per inch (ppi). As a result, the higher the pixel density, or how closely the pixels are packed together, the sharper the image. The Z27k G3 is ideal for working with intricate diagrams, graphics, and photos. The Z27k displays accurate colors in covering the full sRGB color gamut, perfect for photographers, illustrators, and art directors.
