The challenge was to create a striking piece from sculpted solid teak that combined the comfort and aesthetic of an indoor lounge while withstanding the harsh Australian climate. The vision was to create an elegant, outdoor lounge with feminine curves and a modern, organic design for everyday relaxation and durability.

The Chloe Lounge Chair features scale and proportion in perfect harmony with a uniquely curved frame made from solid, sustainably-sourced Grade A Indonesian teak, requiring expert craftsmanship. The design features feminine curves, sloping almond-shaped armrests, a split back, and uses premium outdoor materials designed to resist the elements.

Environmental: The product uses sustainably harvested and natural Grade A Indonesian teak. Societal: With 50 years of experience and Harbour’s vertically-integrated business, the team controls all processes from design, manufacturing, through to the global distribution of the finished product.
