H2D is a connected water-management service that helps installers, maintenance teams and owners monitor, manage and optimise DAB systems remotely. Delivered through integrated app and desktop touchpoints, it improves service continuity, reduces disruption, and makes water, energy and comfort performance easier to understand and control.

  • Water-system support is often reactive, fragmented and inefficient. Installers and service personnel can lack visibility between site visits, owners may not understand system status or consumption, and small issues can escalate into faults, disruption and wasted resources. DAB’s challenge was to redesign this experience as a connected service: one that could simplify commissioning and maintenance, support faster and better-prepared interventions, improve customer confidence, and promote more conscious use of water and energy. The service also needed to work across multiple user types, applications and devices, while improving on earlier digital tools rather than forcing users into a disconnected new experience.

  • DAB responded with H2D: a unified service ecosystem combining mobile and desktop interfaces, remote monitoring, notifications, parameter adjustment, contract and maintenance support, historical analysis, usage tracking and owner comfort functions. The service was designed to connect professionals and end users through different but complementary experiences, with role-specific layouts, freemium access, simplified onboarding and migration from DConnect and DAB Live!. H2D turns connected pumps into managed service relationships rather than isolated products, enabling real-time oversight, earlier action and a more continuous support experience across installation, maintenance and everyday use.

  • H2D creates value across the full service chain. For professionals, it reduces wasted time, improves planning, supports targeted interventions and enables new monitoring and maintenance offers. For owners, it brings greater visibility, confidence and comfort, with easier access to system status, consumption and support. For the environment, H2D helps detect leaks and wastage, optimise water and energy use, and reduce unnecessary replacements by keeping systems better maintained. The result is a more proactive, less disruptive and more resource-conscious service model for residential and light-commercial water systems.

  • H2D brings together multiple service touchpoints in one connected offer. It combines a mobile app for real-time access and action with a desktop environment for deeper monitoring and analysis. Professional users can view installations at a glance, receive notifications, adjust parameters remotely, analyse historical data, set custom rules, manage contracts and plan on-site work more effectively. End users can view consumption and operating status, receive alerts, activate comfort functions such as Power Shower and Good Night, and use voice assistants for selected commands. The service supports free and premium plans, streamlined onboarding, social login, in-app payments, and migration from previous DAB digital services. Across the ecosystem, H2D is positioned as a single platform for multiple products, applications and user types, designed to make connected water management simpler, more useful and more sustainable in everyday life.
