Fliplab bridges that gap.

Our founder Sacha Leagh-Murray witnessed firsthand the growing gap between design aspiration and affordability, especially for first home buyers and families. Fliplab launched in January 2026, and demand has been overwhelmingly positive. Fliplab has already helped over 40 homeowners deliver renovation projects that allow them to embrace colourful, Australian made design in a more affordable format. From kitchens to wardrobes and laundries Fliplab has enabled people to upgrade their environment at a cost reduction of at least 50%. The contribution to the local economy is also improved, via supporting local manufacturing that might have otherwise been spent on imported flatpack doors. The reduction in carbon footprint via supporting locally made materials is also having a positive sustainability impact.
