The Evinrude G2 115 H.O.-150 hp engines have all the cutting-edge E-TEC technology and functionality of Evinrude’s G2 lineup, in a lower horsepower range. While this new product line has the same great consumer features, it comes at a competitive price.

  • The mandate was to create an eye-catching product package, with industry-leading visual harmonization of the outboard and the boat it powers, while incorporating BRP’s advanced technologies, such as our digital steering system and clean E-TEC fuel combustion. Also, it needed to sustain the form factor and functionality of the existing models in the G2 line-up. And all this at a competitive price point.

  • The Evinrude G2 115 H.O. -150 hp outboard follows a similar vertical design language to the previous G2, with crisp edges and softly crowned surfaces providing a timeless sense of modernity that stands out from 100 metres away.

  • The engine provides the lowest reportable emissions in the industry, and the best fuel efficiency – up to 75% less than the competition – along with the highest torque and almost no servicing, as it can go 500 hours without scheduled maintenance.

  • The overall product architecture has also been re-invented to reduce the part count, offer industry-leading features (digital controls, digital shift and throttle, clean rigging, customizable side colour panels, and digital tiller) and still be competitively priced.
