  • With over 30 years of heritage, ESR set out to reimagine its brand through a purpose-built facility that would redefine industry expectations. The project involved a complete transformation of a neglected tilt-up panel warehouse, delivered via CDC, into a precision-built space reflecting a new architectural language for the business. This location marks a generational shift — fusing service, design, and brand identity into a single, elevated experience. More than a repair facility, it was conceived as a flagship hub for super luxury vehicle owners and automotive enthusiasts alike — setting a new standard for the sector.

  • ESR’s ‘why’ was brought to life through a collaborative partnership with H&CO, driven by a shared passion for precision, design, and automotive excellence. The architecture is brand-led at every level — restrained yet expressive, with a minimal exterior where natural light activates subtle geometric shifts. Inside, customer-facing zones offer warmth, detail and refined comfort, while staff areas are structured with clarity and control. Like the vehicles ESR specialises in, the building is engineered with equal parts function and beauty — a seamless integration of performance and design that reflects the exacting standards of the brand and its clientele.

  • Externally, the Studio has redefined the streetscape, transforming a utilitarian intersection into a statement of next-generation industrial design. In a landscape of hard-edged warehouses, ESR stands as a sophisticated precedent for how these spaces can evolve. Internally, it offers calm, control, and refinement — giving clients absolute confidence in both the environment and the service. Commercially, it has enhanced ESR’s market position and attracted brand recognition from the world’s most prestigious manufacturers. More broadly, the facility sets a new global benchmark for the industry — elevating expectations and helping reshape consumer perception of what collision repair can and should be.

  • The defining feature of this project is that it reimagines what a smash repair facility can be — setting a new benchmark for craft, materiality, and customer experience in a sector long associated with utility and stigma. ESR Bespoke Studio replaces this with architecture and service that reflect precision, permanence, and automotive excellence. Designed and built locally, the project is underpinned by sustainability, hand workmanship, and an end-to-end customer experience delivered in a space that feels calm, confident, and exacting. Internally, the design draws inspiration from the Porsche 550 Spyder, with tailored geometry and materiality referencing the elegance of coachbuilt interiors. A palette of leather, natural stone, brushed steel, and silk carpet creates a tactile, gallery-like environment that reinforces the ESR brand through restraint and refinement. Externally, the building’s silhouette echoes that of a super luxury vehicle — sleek, sculptural, and purposeful. Subtle curves and confident lines animate the facade, giving the building presence and momentum even at rest. At a time when the automotive industry leans toward speed and disposability, ESR Bespoke Studio stands for longevity, craft, and consequence — a rare expression of industrial architecture with emotional weight and enduring value.
