ESR’s ‘why’ was brought to life through a collaborative partnership with H&CO, driven by a shared passion for precision, design, and automotive excellence. The architecture is brand-led at every level — restrained yet expressive, with a minimal exterior where natural light activates subtle geometric shifts. Inside, customer-facing zones offer warmth, detail and refined comfort, while staff areas are structured with clarity and control. Externally, the Studio has redefined the streetscape, transforming a utilitarian intersection into a statement of next-generation industrial design.
