eIR is a purpose-built, offline-ready inspection platform for building-envelope inspections and general defects. Defects are pinned onto floor plans as precise spatial markers, enriched with thermography and photos, and captured anywhere on site — even with no reception. Data syncs once online, giving consultants, site teams and trades location-accurate, actionable reports.

  • On-site teams have long lacked a fast, clear way to capture envelope defects and drive them through to verified fixes without context being lost between inspection, trades and reporting. The design challenge was to deliver a field-ready workflow that pins defects precisely on floor plans, enriches each finding with thermal and photographic evidence, and produces audit-ready reports in minutes — all while functioning reliably offline in buildings with no reception. The system also had to track remediation paperlessly through to verification, so every action, decision and outcome is documented in a way that supports performance targets and regulatory compliance.

  • eIR is a purpose-built platform that unifies inspection, evidence capture and remediation tracking in one offline-ready workflow. Defects are dropped as markers directly onto floor plans and enriched with thermal imagery and site photos for precise location and technical clarity. Inspectors work uninterrupted in no-reception environments, with data syncing securely once connectivity returns. eIR then generates structured reports for builders and consultants, tracks issues through scoping, trade assignment and verification, and maintains a single, traceable record of every defect from identification to closeout — supporting build quality, energy performance and compliance in one integrated system.

  • eIR catches building-envelope defects early — before plaster, cladding and finishes are installed — so teams avoid expensive rework and repeat visits, keeping programs on track. Floor-plan markers paired with thermal and photo evidence sharpen communication with trades, remove ambiguity, and shorten the path to verified closeout with fewer disputes. The offline-ready workflow keeps inspections moving in basements, multi-storey shells and remote sites, then syncs for paperless reporting and sign-off. Together, this strengthens accountability, lifts delivery quality, and helps projects hit airtightness, thermal and energy-efficiency targets — producing buildings that perform better, last longer and use less energy.

  • Connects wirelessly to all FLIR thermal cameras and ships natively pre-installed on the latest FLIR Ix-series cameras for a fully integrated, hardware-to-report workflow.Drops markers directly onto project floor plans so trades see exactly where each defect sits — removing guesswork and unnecessary follow-up visits.Captures and attaches thermal images to reveal insulation gaps, air leaks, cold bridging and moisture risks that visual inspection alone misses.Generates professional, audit-ready reports in minutes — often before the inspector leaves site — complete with annotated plans, notes, photos, thermal images and recommended actions.Operates fully offline inside buildings with no reception, syncing automatically once connectivity is restored.Creates scopes of work, assigns trades with visual tutorials, tracks progress and verifies completed fixes — all within a single system.Supports airtightness objectives, thermal performance, energy-efficiency standards and regulatory compliance through verified, traceable inspection data.
