EGO POWER+ Multi-Tool System

The Multi-Tool system has been available but options have either been heavy and noisy petrol units or cordless units that do not meet the needs of commercial users or domestic users that want a high quality performance. The brief was to create a unit that functions safely offering users a product that is easy to use but also to transition between the different attachments quickly but not compromise on the job performance that each attachment was designed to do. Users were after a cordless option that provided the performance of petrol without the noise, fuss or fumes.

Incorporating EGO’s proven POWER+ ARC Lithium-ion technology, which has led the industry in terms of power, performance, run time and recharge times, EGO engineers set out to develop the next evolution in EGO’s outdoor power equipment offering, with the aim of creating a high performance Multi-Tool System that met the requirements of commercial users in performance and flexibility but without the noise, fuss and fumes of petrol. The system is lightweight and easy to operate with all the required safety features to create a safe environment. The mechanism for attaching the 5 heads is secure but allows for easy transition.

The EGO Multi-Tool System provided the look, design and performance of a traditional petrol Multi-Tool system but without the noise, fuss or fumes. The Multi-Tool unit uses the ARC Lithium battery that works across the entire range it is ergonomically designed for user ease and safety. The reduction in noise, vibration and ease of handling means that the end-user can get their job done in a more convenient, safer and hassle free manner. Users can easily swap between attachments to get the job at hand completed efficiently so that more time can be spent on other projects.
