Designing a bathroom poses the challenge of ensuring that every product harmonizes, both functionally and aesthetically. The Caroma design team aimed to streamline the design process for our customers by crafting a collection where all elements seamlessly merge, offering a thoughtful and functional experience. Our endeavor included pushing boundaries in color and form through innovative material choices like ceramic glaze and PVD finishes, all while staying aligned with contemporary interior design trends.

Through meticulous design and engineering, as well as collaborative partnerships with local bathroom retailers, we’ve successfully curated a comprehensive, contemporary bathroom collection. This collection integrates a refined design aesthetic with a wide array of material finishes and functional innovations. Notably, our award-winning Caroma Cleanflush toilet flush technology and V-Jet shower spray innovation elevate the functionality of the Contura collection. With its adaptable design language and diverse material options, Contura can be customized to complement various bathroom styles and applications.

The Contura Collection has been designed and engineered to exceed Australian Standards. Caroma has extensive quality assurance practices in place across all our supply partners. All products are supported by our extensive Caroma product warranty and after sales and support network providing expert advice and customer assurance. Every product in the Caroma Contura Collection has been designed and engineered to provide many years of use without failure or need for replacement. Where possible, the number of parts has been reduced to a minimum and manufactured from recyclable materials. Every product has been designed for disassembly, to further assist in recycling.

All products have been designed, engineered and tested to exceed all performance requirements for water efficient bathroom fixtures and fittings: All basin tapware meets the highest industry standard - 6-Star WELS ratings – 4.5L/min. All toilets have a 4-Star WELS rating. 4.5/3 flush volume. All showers have either a 3-Star WELS rating 9L/min, or 4-Star WELS rating (Range E), 7.5L/min The collection features a range of colour finish options from metallic colour finishes across tapware, showers and accessories including PVD brushed brass, brushed nickel and brushed bronze, as well as electroplated black and chrome. The collection also brings a new dimension to toilets and basins, with traditional gloss and contemporary matte white and matte clay colour options.
