ARMA™ by Voltex is a circuit protection system of 132 devices across RCBOs, RCDs, MCBs, AFDDs, main switches and busbars. Australian designed for residential electricians, it makes the switchboard cleaner to finish, faster to build and safer to trust, introducing a first-of-its-kind integrated labelling system and single-module arc fault device.

  • The finished switchboard has long been treated as an installation outcome, not a design responsibility. Yet it protects the home, and is also a clear mark of professional workmanship for electricians. Great circuit protection isn't achieved by one module, but by how the system comes together. The category has been left that to the installer, with mismatched modules, fiddly connection systems, messy handwritten labels and stickers, and arc fault devices too bulky to adopt without sacrificing board space. The brief: redesign the switchboard system without forcing an alien workflow, or pricing the system out of everyday residential jobs.

  • ARMA was conceived as a finished switchboard, not a set of individual breakers. Module profiles, levers, terminal heights and labels align across all device families. The populated board reads as one product. A first-of-its-kind integrated labelling system replaces messy handwriting, stickers and loose inserts with pre-labelled snap-in tabs, turning circuit identification into product architecture: cleaner, repeatable, serviceable. A single-module arc fault device brings life-saving protection in a standard breaker footprint. Universal and Neutral Lead RCBO architectures, with pin and fork busbar options, let the system match installer preference and board layout. Spring-loaded module rail clips reduce screwdriver work at fit-off.

  • ARMA’s impact is felt in the finished switchboard: cleaner to read, faster to assemble and easier to service. For electricians, aligned devices, snap-in module labels, spring-loaded rail clips and flexible busbar options reduce messy workarounds and create a more repeatable professional finish. For homeowners, single-module arc fault detection devices extend safety without requiring larger boards, extra mounting space or added installation complexity. For Voltex, ARMA lifts circuit protection from a commodity purchase into a design-led system backed by 132 products and a 25-year parts-and-labour warranty. It raises the expectation that residential switchboards should be designed, not merely compliant.

  • ARMA brings uniform module profiles, aligned levers, consistent terminal heights and clean integrated labels into one professional switchboard system. The finished board reads as a single product, making professional workmanship cleaner, clearer and easier to repeat. Its integrated labelling system turns circuit identification into a designed interface. Pre-labelled snap-in tabs replace handwriting, stickers and loose inserts, giving electricians a cleaner, more serviceable way to identify circuits over the life of the board.Installation is simplified around the moments that slow fit-off. Spring-loaded rail clips release modules with the press of a tab, reducing screwdriver work, while pin and fork busbar options support flexible layouts, wiring workarounds and installer preference.Safety is integrated without disrupting the system language. Single-module arc fault detection devices add advanced fire protection without consuming extra board space, with a transparent test button that clearly indicates fault type.Across RCBOs, RCDs, MCBs, arc fault devices, main switches and busbars, the 132-product range gives electricians a complete, consistent platform backed by a 25-year parts-and-labour warranty.
