The Australian Government Simplified Trade System Implementation Taskforce (STS Taskforce) engaged Tobias to help understand and map the current whole-of-government end-to-end cross-border trade journey for Australian importers and exporters, and co-design a possible future state. Their strategic approach combined human-centered co-design with research and in-depth analysis.

‘TramLab: Improving the Safety of Women and Girls on Public Transport’ was commissioned by researchers from La Trobe University, Monash University XYX Lab and RMIT for the Victorian State Government. A major outcome was four publicly accessible Toolkits for implementing gender-sensitive processes to create safer public transport systems in Victoria.
