Commissioned by Kiind, this project amplified the voices of parents and carers navigating support systems for children with disability and chronic conditions. Using innovative and empowering family-led research methods, we uncovered powerful insights, shared them with decision-makers, and fuelled Kiind’s advocacy – turning Lived Experience into a force for systemic change.
Digital Day in a Student’s Life
For first-time students, complex university administration systems can be an overwhelming and degree-altering experience, particularly if you’re relocating from a remote area or have a low socioeconomic status. Through mixed-method research and student-centred storytelling, we imagined a desired future—where students feel connected, supported and in control of their studies.
