Rosanna Iacono is a Board Director, CEO and strategist who sits at the intersection of high-level commerce and creative innovation. Her career is defined by two-decade track record of leading global icons and premium Australian brands through transformative design evolutions, before co-founding the Growth Activists 9 years ago.

During 15 years in global leadership at Nike and Levi’s, Rosanna led innovation teams, pioneering new blueprints for apparel design that set global benchmarks. This creative rigour continued in Australia, where she held GM and C-Suite roles at sass & bide, Saba, Jurlique, Freedom, and Sheridan, successfully steering a number of these brands through complex private equity exits by leveraging design excellence as a core driver of valuation and market desirability.

Now, as CEO of The Growth Activists and founding Chair and now Non-Executive Director of Seamless, Rosanna is a leading voice in circularity and sustainable design systems. She moves beyond compliance, treating sustainability as the ultimate “innovation engine” for enterprise resilience.
