Rachel Zhang Parry is an Product Design Lead with over 15 years across Australia and the UK, with stints at Google, AKQA, Telstra, and Accenture.

She’s built teams, shaped product strategy, and shipped ethical digital products for organisations ranging from Parliament of Victoria to WorkSafe, RACV, and KIC. She mentors the next generation through Academy Xi and is completing an MBA focused on the future of design.

Rachel believes great design starts with clear communication — and she’s on a mission to help designers build influence in the rooms where decisions get made.
