SOCIAL IMPACT JUROR

I’m an internationally experienced senior executive leader and design practitioner working at the intersection of community, government, philanthropy, not-for-profit service delivery, academia, and the private sector—focused on achieving social impact. I bring a distinctive blend of strategic policy capability, design-led participatory practice, and systems stewardship to complex reform and transformation efforts.

I’ve lived and worked in Australia, Japan and the UK with organisations including previously with The Australian Centre for Social Innovation, Barnardo’s UK, Designing Out Crime Research Centre at UTS, and leading global consultancies. My work has helped shape national policy, reimagine public services, and support large-scale systems change efforts in areas such as homelessness, justice, disaster resilience, disability, mental health and wellbeing, and children’s social care.

I bring a cross-sector perspective and the ability to convene diverse stakeholders, cultivating shared insights and new approaches to complex challenges, and unlocking future-facing opportunities for more just, adaptive, and connected systems and communities.
