Lucy Tilley, ARB, RIBA, is CEO of Adjaye Associates’ London studio, where she oversees projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia. Over more than two decades, she has played a central role in the practice’s growth and global expansion, contributing to its evolution from early civic and cultural work to a diverse international portfolio spanning commercial, residential, and retail sectors.

Her project leadership includes key early schemes such as the Idea Store community libraries in Whitechapel and Chrisp Street, as well as major international commissions including the Nobel Peace Centre in Oslo, the Aïshti Foundation in Beirut, and the Abrahamic Family House in Abu Dhabi.
