Karl is the Managing Director of Turner, a multi-disciplinary design firm with offices in Sydney and London, providing urban design, architecture, interior design and experiential design (environmental graphics, wayfinding, public art, branding) services for private and institutional clients across a wide range of project typologies. With more than 25 years of experience, he now enjoys the opportunity to contribute to the broader realm of architecture and design through advocacy work, committee contributions with industry organisations, speaking events, and judging of awards programmes. Karl is a strong believer in Turner’s ethos that Design is For Everyone and that good design can make many things possible at once – to surprise, delight, and inspire, while responding to a project’s historical, social, environmental and economic context.
