Ashley Marsh-Croft is a product development leader and creator specialising in industrial design, user experience, innovation strategy, design thinking, prototyping, and manufacturing. Over twenty years, his expertise has helped a broad group of organisations and brands create opportunity and value through innovative product design.

Ashley’s career started in design consulting agencies across the USA, UK, France, and Australia before joining Breville as a Senior Industrial Designer and then Product Development Manager.

In his current role at Extra Nice Projects, Ashley helps researchers, inventors, new ventures, and tech start-ups create and deliver innovative physical products and solutions that grow businesses and customers love. 

In addition to his professional practice, Ashley supports the design and innovation community though teaching the next generation of designers at the University of Canberra. He also mentors, advises, and contributes through government, professional and academic institutions within Australia’s innovation and deep-tech ecosystem.
