Simonne Bailey

Simonne is the Australian Managing Director and Global Head of Strategy for GFG Alliance’s property and funds management business, JAHAMA. GFG Alliance is owned by British industrialist Sanjeev Gupta.

In her role, she is responsible for the global industrial property strategy and management of the extensive industrial property portfolio of GFG Alliance. In Australia alone, this comprises of over 170 heavy and light industrial assets under management.

With over 20 years of global experience, Simonne is recognised as a thought leader and futurist with a passion for socially sustainable and commercially successful communities.

Before joining GFG Alliance, Simonne led Lendlease’s Connected Living business, consisting of several residential, urban regeneration and commercial portfolios which focussed on innovative pre-fabricated methodologies.

Simonne has been awarded several industry awards for her efforts and achievements, and plays a key role in the property sector, supporting Property Council as a mentor in their 500 Women in Property Program for 2020.
