I’m an executive leader with a passion for creating meaningful experiences in people’s lives through design. I believe that purpose, people, brand, product, and experience are the cornerstones of any great business.
I also believe the products and experiences we choose to invite into our lives define our values, and everything made, can be made better. I’m an entrepreneurial spirit who lives to build human-centred design organizations that deliver value and drive customer-obsessed businesses.
Before leading Customer Experience Design (CXD) for Amazon devices, I led a transformational change at REI Co-op. Previously I spent 15 years in global design and innovation agencies, where I led multi-disciplinary teams through strategic and creative work for world-class brands: P&G, Samsung, Flip Video/Cisco, Amgen, HP, and SC Johnson.
My award-winning work has been patented and recognised worldwide, including an IDEA: Design of the Decade Award.
