NeuroHaven
I am a qualified Workplace Strategist and Interior Designer with close to 30 years’ experience delivering complex workplace projects acrosss Australia, Asia and New Zealand.
I’m also neurodivergent (ADHD), with a late diagnosis that has given language to what has always shaped my design approach—an acute sensitivity to how space is experienced and inhabited, and how people sense, process, and respond to their environment.
After 17 years leading one of Australia’s most progressive workplace strategy and design practices, I founded NeuroHaven—a consultancy specialising in neuroinclusive workplace design.
My work focuses on how environments support human functioning—how people sense, process, and respond to space—and how this can be translated into better-performing, more inclusive workplaces.
Through NeuroHaven, I partner with organisations and design teams to embed neuroinclusive thinking into workplace strategy, design, delivery, and post-occupancy outcomes. This ensures neuroinclusion is not treated as an overlay, but as a core driver of workplace performance and experience.
Previously, I was Managing & Creative Director of Futurespace, where I led the delivery of high-profile workplace projects for major organisations.
I’m also undertaking a PhD at RMIT University, Melbourne, examining how writing can be a generative and operative method of design practice.
If you’re looking to create workplaces that better support neurodiversity, focus, and performance across your teams, I’d be happy to connect.
