Anthony McGinness

POLICY DESIGN JUROR

Anthony is the former founder of Future Friendly’s Canberra studio and now Deputy Chief Consulting Officer at Australian Government Consulting within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. He brings over two decades of experience working across government, private and not-for-profit sectors.

He established and scaled Future Friendly’s Canberra practice, applying human-centred design to complex public sector challenges. He led teams that shaped policy, services and digital products through an action-biased and prototype-driven approach to design.

In his current role, he leads in-house consulting teams supporting the APS across strategy, policy and organisational transformation, helping bridge the gap between policy intent and service delivery.
