DESIGN STRATEGY
The Design Strategy discipline recognises the critical role of design in driving business transformation. It positions design as a strategic capability that enables organisations to respond to complexity, unlock innovation, and create sustainable competitive advantage.
The Jury evaluates the extent to which design capability has been embedded as a core business function and how it has influenced leadership decision-making, organisational culture, and long-term strategic direction.
Particular attention is given to evidence demonstrating that the design-led transformation is grounded in the organisation’s strategic intent to accelerate cultural change, strengthen innovation capability, and deliver measurable competitive advantage.
