  • Impact Global Health had a decade of global health investment data but limited influence on how it shaped funding decisions. The challenge was to transform that evidence into a strategic framework that would resonate with decision-makers, funders and policymakers across borders. This required reframing complex analysis into a persuasive, human-centred case for change, one that would work not just in technical reports, but across conferences, conversations, and digital platforms. Anthologie was brought in to help bridge this gap: designing the strategic narrative, tools, and delivery approach to ensure the evidence could be heard, understood, and used.

  • We worked closely with Impact Global Health to co-design the Evidence for Impact framework: a modular set of insights, narratives and tools that articulate the economic and health returns of neglected disease R&D. Our role included strategic messaging, content architecture, UX design and immersive storytelling. This culminated in a digital microsite, a 360° launch experience for the World Health Assembly, and tailored assets for policy and funder engagement. The design was shaped to be accessible, adaptable and compelling so that a complex, critical case could cut through and catalyse change.

  • Since launch, the framework has reached over 2,000 delegates across 48 countries and has been adopted in strategy conversations with major global health funders. It reframes neglected disease R&D from a moral imperative to a smart investment: $405 in return for every $1 spent. Anthologie’s design contribution helped the policy travel: across platforms, borders and conversations. The digital tools and messaging system have laid the foundation for future adaptation, policy integration and systems-level influence supporting more equitable investment in the world’s most neglected health challenges.

  • Narrative strategy: Developed a messaging framework centred on “Evidence for Impact” as a call to action Modular content design: Created assets that allow insights to be adapted for different diseases, geographies and audiences Digital-first platform: Designed a microsite to present policy content interactively and accessibly Immersive launch experience: Delivered a 360° projection and sound experience to unveil the framework at the World Health Assembly Co-created with the client: Worked closely with Impact Global Health to ensure accuracy and alignment Multi-channel application: Policy content designed to work across events, meetings, pitches, and digital campaigns Equity-focused storytelling: Framed neglected diseases as solvable, investable issues that deserve urgent attention Designed for influence: Structured tools and messages to support uptake by funders, policymakers and global agencies
