Pascal Satori designed Her Tech Circle as a strategically built, community-led organisation that reimagines how women in tech are supported, seen, and sustained. In response to high attrition and limited leadership pathways, the project delivered a scalable platform with the brand, systems, and structure to foster visibility, belonging, and growth.

  • Australia’s tech industry suffers from high attrition rates for women, limited leadership representation, and a lack of culturally attuned platforms that support long-term career progression. Despite growing awareness, there were few systems that provided women with structured, ongoing opportunities to connect, contribute, and lead. Her Tech Circle engaged Pascal Satori to design an organisation that could fill this gap. The challenge was to design a national, scalable, and sustainable model that reflected local culture, enabled decentralised growth, and supported both emerging and experienced women in tech. The brief demanded systemic thinking, strategic design, and a clear brand.

  • Pascal Satori designed Her Tech Circle as a complete organisational ecosystem. The solution included a brand identity, engagement strategy, digital infrastructure, event systems, CRM workflows, and persona-based programming tailored to both early-career and senior women. Volunteer toolkits, mentorship pathways, and content frameworks empowered community-led growth. Strategic campaigns and partnership models were created to drive relevance, visibility, and long-term value. The entire organisation was designed to be scalable, resilient, and culturally resonant; enabling Her Tech Circle to operate with connection, advocacy, and growth across the entire spectrum of the female tech workforce.

  • Her Tech Circle has rapidly become a high-performing national platform, with most events at capacity, strong volunteer involvement, and active digital communities. Commercially, it has attracted new corporate sponsors and created direct employment pathways for members. Socially, it fosters visibility, belonging, and leadership for women in tech - addressing systemic barriers with measurable success. Environmentally, the digital-first design reduces geographic and resource limitations, enabling inclusive participation without reliance on physical infrastructure. By embedding design across brand, systems, and operations, the project delivers long-term impact through scalable, values-aligned infrastructure built for both community resilience and industry transformation.

  • Pascal Satori designed Her Tech Circle as a complete organisational system that balances brand, structure, digital tools, and cultural nuance to create a scalable model for national impact. Key features include: Digital-First Organisational Infrastructure: A fully integrated system combining communications, data management, and daily operations - supported by automation tools, CRM integration, and scalable workflows to enable decentralised, low-lift delivery across a national, volunteer-led organisation. Segmented Community Model: Programming, content, and communications were tailored to core audiences to ensure relevance, retention, and cross-generational engagement. Volunteer-Led Growth System: Event templates, content capture guides, scheduling tools, and social playbooks were designed to empower community leaders while maintaining brand consistency. Culturally Attuned Brand Identity: Visual Language, Tone of voice, messaging, and storytelling were rebuilt to reflect a unique, localised brand, differentiating from global counterparts. Strategic Campaign Framework: Campaign frameworks for content, outreach, and event activity around consistent national themes. Sponsorship and Partnership Design: A tiered partner model with shared programming opportunities attracts corporates aligned to diversity, ESG, and innovation goals. CRM and Data Ownership: Systems were designed to ensure the chapter owns its data, enabling personalised engagement and long-term impact measurement.
