He has worked across multiple industries including mining, logistics, telecommunications, and financial services, helping global organisations navigate complexity and drive transformation through strategic insight, modern delivery practices, and emerging technologies. 

Wes was previously a partner and Chief Design Officer at Mudbath, playing a key role in its acquisition by Endava. He is a passionate advocate for design as a business capability, combining systems thinking, product innovation, and commercial acumen to shape high-performing, human-centred solutions. Wes also, and regularly contributes to thought leadership on the intersection of design, technology, and strategy.
