Meg Preiss is an Applied AI Design Strategist and Service Design leader who builds systems that scale without losing the human in the experience. She currently leads Global Service Design at Universal Theme Parks, where she is shaping how millions of guest moments come together as one coherent service across every market.

Her career has moved across the companies that define how people work, travel, and live. At Ford, she co-founded the Partner Innovation Lab and contributed to seven patents. At Delta and IBM, she shaped enterprise services across travel and technology, including early work on AI-driven personalization and Gen-AI diagnostics.

She is a former World Design Organization board member, where she was the youngest member in the organization’s history, and an award-winning designer recognized by the International and European Product Design Awards. She serves as a juror for Core77, China’s Design Intelligence Awards, and Grands Prix Du Design International.

She publishes The Strategy Sketchbook on the future of design strategy in an AI-shaped world.
