Andrea is recognised for shaping complex design projects and delivering transformational outcomes for public and private organisations. She was co-founder and Principal of WMK Architecture, an award-winning commercial design firm specialising in designing built environments that shape organisational excellence and influence user behaviour, enhance brand and deliver commercially relevant outcomes.

Andrea subsequently led the development of multiple business cases for a program of iconic nature-based tourism experiences for NSW National Parks and Wildlife Services, securing over $150 million, and headed the business case and master plan development for a new museum for Museums of History NSW. She was Group Client Director for international firm Art Processors in the immersive experience design sector for museums and galleries.

With extensive design industry experience together with an MBA and a Master of Sustainability, Andrea’s work uses design to influence, position and support initiatives, improve commercialization and social quality, and to impact behaviour, performance and customer responsiveness. She is a passionate advocate for design in all its forms and its potential to improve our economies, environments and societies.
