Conventional eggs-styles are also made easy through an intuitive interface whilst a built-in temperature probe delivers precision temperature control in a tidy, easy-to-clean package.

  • In recent years, the 63°C egg has risen in popularity due to the delicate nature of the yolk & white texture that can be achieved; however it also takes 63 minutes to cook!! The delay-start feature means you can wake up to a sous vide (&/or steamed) egg without having to set your alarm an hour before breakfast.

  • A built-in temperature probe & holster is discreetly integrated into the base & when inserted into the vessel allows the liquid to be precisely controlled. Along with eggs the product has the versatility to poach chicken, sous vide salmon & slow cook to a specific temperature for improved cooking results.

  • Featuring an intuitive interface, easy to clean vessel with cool-touch handles & an integrated egg tray the compact package of 'The One° Precision Poacher' has been designed to sit comfortably in even the smallest of kitchens.
