The Infiniti Q50 S Premium is a mid-sized sports sedan that combines provocative styling, innovative technology and engaging driving performance. The Infiniti Q50 S Premium has been designed for a new generation of premium-vehicle customers and takes many of its design cues from Infiniti’s range of stunning concept cars, such as the Infiniti Essence Concept.

The Infiniti Q50 line-up is its latest production model range and is available with a choice of two turbocharged four-cylinder engines (petrol or diesel) and a 268kW petrol V6 hybrid.

  • MORE
  • The Infiniti Q50 S Premium's tight, athletic appearance blends low, wide proportions with excellent interior roominess. The Infiniti Q50 stands out for being something different, its high tension surfaces and powerfully flowing lines finding their inspiration in natural forms rather than geometry. As a result, the Q50 is a far more emotional design than its competitors - a fresh face whose self-confidence is summed up by its striking new headlight signature and distinctive crescent-cut C-pillar. Inside, the Q50 interior offers a driver-centric cockpit with an array of premium comfort and convenience features. The Q50's interior has an emphasis on natural elegance, spacious rear passenger accommodation and the brand's signature craftsmanship, attention to detail and premium materials. In the design, there is a clear focus on the person behind the wheel, reinforcing the driving appeal at the heart of every Infiniti.

  • The arrival of the Infiniti Q50 S Premium brought two world's first production performance technologies. The first, Infiniti Direct Adaptive Steering technology, is the world's first electronic steer-by-wire system for a production car. It allows the driver to customise steering feel and response, and translates their steering wheel inputs faster than a traditional mechanical system. The second, Active Lane Control, uses the Direct Adaptive Steering system to help the driver stay in their lane of travel should they begin to wander out of it. The Infiniti Q50 S Premium has many other technology highlights, including the Infiniti InTouch infotainment system, which makes the Q50 an extension of the driver's smart phone. InTouch is an app-based communications system that lets the driver do many things, such as communicate via their telephone, stream music, catch up on social media and navigate to a desired route. It can be controlled using the Q50's centre console commander, steering wheel-mounted switches or the driver's voice.

  • The Infiniti Q50 S Premium comes with many advanced safety features. Zero Gravity-inspired front seats reduce fatigue during long journeys. To help minimise the chance of a rear-end collision, the Predictive Forward Collision Warning system monitors not only the car in front but the next one ahead as well. The Active Front Lighting System can change their direction to improve visibility when cornering at night. When reversing, Back-up Collision Intervention can alert the driver of an approaching object or another vehicle and can even brake the car if needed. And there's much more, in addition to six airbags, Reversing Camera and ISOFIX seat mounting points in the rear seats.

  • Infiniti's concept cars are the bedrock of the Q50 S Premium's design. This car is a clear expression of Infiniti's design DNA, which is characterised by design that is inviting, emotional and born of inspiration from both the human and natural worlds. Painstaking attention to detail and high quality finishes make this car's design special. For example, the Q50's body has brought not just a flowing new elegance to this vehicle class but construction techniques so precise that panel fit is among the best available. The Infiniti Q50 S Premium's advanced headlights and three-dimensional double-arch grille combine to define the Q50's face. The crescent-cut C-pillar plays an important role as a unique brand signature. And the asymmetrical cabin layout highlights the driver-focused interior that uses a novel yin-yang approach to delineating cabin spaces.

The Infiniti Q50 S Premium offers Australian premium car buyers impressive value. With a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $60,500 (which excludes all dealer delivery and government statutory charges), the Infiniti Q50 S Premium (turbocharged 2.0-litre petrol) features a very generous standard-equipment list of technology, safety and comfort features. Infiniti knows that value, along with exceptional design and driving excitement, is an important requirement for customers in this vehicle segment.
