We observed that customers love gas but find traditional gas cooktops intrusive when looking across the bench top. The Flush Gas on Steel Cooktop offers a seamless design for the integrated kitchen, with burners sitting below the kitchen work surface for a smooth line. Perfect for installation in a kitchen island, this cooktop is subtle, unobtrusive and designed to match the family of Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances.

The combination of unique design with the quality of solid brushed stainless steel and latest burner technology make this cooktop perfect for the designer kitchen and the obsessive cook.

  • MORE
  • This Gas on Steel Cooktop provides a flush look with burners recessed into the kitchen work surface offering an uncluttered and integrated environment. Brushed stainless steel provides a modernist aesthetic with design for durability, matching the rest of our family of kitchen appliances.

  • Simply turn the dials for the Auto-ignition system to ignite the flame quickly and safely. Innovalveā„¢ technology allows you to adjust the flame with 180 degree gas valve rotation compared with 70 degree in most gas cooktops for accurate temperature control.

  • This cooktop has five different burners with a variety of strengths. The uniform flame and even heat distribution of the dual flame wok burner combined with highly responsive dials offer precise heat adjustment that perfects the slow simmer for sauces to the intense heat required for searing steaks and wok.

  • These cooktops are designed as a single piece of laser cut stainless steel with quick component removal for easy cleaning. Durable and easy to clean, cast iron trivets provide a safe and stable cooking surface. Rubber feet prevent the trivets scratching the cooktop.

The dials will glow red when on, and white when off, showing at a distance which burners are lit. The Auto-reignition system means you don't have to hold down a dial while burners ignite and if a burner goes out, it is automatically relit at the original flame setting.
