The 12-inch screen can be customised to show your own family photos and there’s an 8GB on-board jukebox to cater to the whole family’s listening preferences. The large expanse of glass gives passengers unprecedented visibility and fills the spacious cabin with natural light. To top it off, millions of kilometres have been driven to ensure the Grand Picasso sets benchmarks in terms of quality and reliability.

  • 360° Vision uses four cameras placed around the vehicle to give the driver a bird's eye view around the car. Park Assist is an active parking aid that detects a suitable parking space, parallel or reversing straight back, and guides the vehicle in. Blind spot monitoring assists the driver by alerting them if there is a car in their blind spot. The two screens - one 12-inch and one seven inch - display all the important information to the driver in a clear, easy to read format.

  • The new Euro 6 compliant BlueHDi engine fitted with CITROEN's innovative Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system eliminates 90% of NOx (nitrogen oxide) and 99.9% of diesel particulates. 'Stop & Start' technology cuts fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by as much as 15% in urban driving situations. Reduced mass, enhanced aerodynamics and the optimised engine significantly cut fuel consumption to only 4.5L/100km and CO2 to 117g/km. The Grand C4 Picasso will be the first 5 star diesel vehicle on the Green Vehicle Guide in Australia.

  • The Grand C4 Picasso is built on a brand new platform. This scalable platform has allowed the new model to retain the same overall length as its predecessor but the wheelbase has been extended to 2.84m. This gives the Picasso one of the longest wheelbases in the category and provides a load length of up to 2.75m with the front passenger seat folded down flat. The EMP2 platform also allows more stylistic freedom for the designers by reducing the front overhang, lowering the engine bay, lowering the floor, widening the track and improving the aerodynamics of the new model.

  • The new platform has resulted in improved cabin space. Knee room in row 2 and 3 has increased, seat rail length has increased, third row access has been optimised by the door dimensions and passenger door opening angles. Boot space has been increased by 69L. It also has one of the widest boots in the category with 1.17m between the wheel arches. The two outer second row seats can be folded forward for easier access to the third row which can be raised or lowered with one hand in an instant.

Exterior: new air intake and front headlights positioned closer to the road. The chevrons extend outward and curve around the new LED light signature. Roof arches flick around the rear window and extend along the roof line. Split A-pillar for greater visibility. Design of the 3D tail lights is unique to Citroën. Interior: Asymmetrically designed dashboard blends colours and materials with minimal buttons and large high-tech screens. 'Sparkle' effect create a high level of perceived quality. Uncluttered cabin ambience, space, and brightness provided by the Zenith windscreen and panoramic glass roof which flood the cabin with natural light.
