Originally from Dublin and now residing in Sydney, Wes is the Chief Design Officer at Mudbath and the Regional SVP at Endava.

With two decades of leadership experience in design, he specialises in sectors such as technology, financial services, retail, and branding. Wes’s academic background in Visual Communication and Human-Computer Interface strongly influences his commitment to human-centric design, blending aesthetic beauty with practical technical functionality.

Throughout his career, Wes has collaborated with iconic brands such as McDonalds, Nike, Cochlear, Toyota and Commonwealth Bank. His leadership and creative insight have led to his teams winning 18 prestigious awards from 2014 to 2024, including recent accolades at the Australian Good Design Awards for Digital Interface and Digital Apps. Additionally, Wes was shortlisted for the ARIA Album Artwork of the Year, showcasing his versatility and influence across various creative domains.
