Stephanie Pemberton

PRODUCT DESIGN JUROR

A design-driven senior leader with extensive experience managing large-scale customer programs across a range of industry sectors, predominantly Airlines and Aviation.

As a qualified Industrial Designer, Stephanie was Customer Experience Lead on several major aircraft, lounges, airport infrastructure, inflight and digital experience programs at Qantas, prior to being announced as PM of Project Sunrise in Aircraft Projects. 

In her current role, Stephanie is responsible for leading the delivery of the airline’s ultra long range international A350-1000 fleet and team of Aircraft Projects Engineers, specifically in the development of customer seats, inflight entertainment systems, lighting, cabin furniture, galleys, bars and wellness areas. 

Together with a stint at big-four consulting firm KPMG, Stephanie has helped complex commercial organisations become more design and customer-centric through industry-leading practices in Design Thinking, Human Centred Design, UX/UI Design, Customer Experience, Strategy and Insights.
