Perla Munhoz is a passionate advocate for inclusive design and design research, with over 25 years of global experience in product design and innovation. She has held leadership roles across conservative industries, driving design as a strategic asset. A recipient of internationally recognized design awards, she focuses on integrating design with technology, safety, and security to create meaningful products with real-life impact.
Originally from abroad and based in Sweden, Perla is also a public speaker, supporting expat professionals in their integration journey and inspiring children and youth to pursue studies in design and technology. Actively engaged in social initiatives for minority groups, she contributes to community development and a more inclusive future.
