Two decades of opportunities within Motorcycle and Mobility Design has allowed me to create some of the most iconic motorcycles of our times and co-creating the coolest brands with the segment’s sharpest minds.

It’s also given me the privilege of scaling teams to produce jaw-dropping goodness. 

I love enabling teams to create what they could only dream about as individuals. Leadership in design is no science; It’s an art. Protecting and harnessing talent is the most important thing when striving for new ideas. Building strong, fun, and emotional collaborations within teams is the only way to tap into the deepest, most enticing ideas. This is where the magic happens.

Having built up and orchestrated one of Europe’s most reputed motorcycle design teams, I revel in the challenge of sustainable scaling and positive change. This has led me to a clear vision of my intentions:

“Create the most dynamic, emotionally immersive products for our ever changing world. With a digital and electric transformation taking a hold on our industry, I aim to be a positive accelerator in enabling brands to deliver what it takes to get to the sharp end of the two wheel space”.
